罗冠炜
罗冠炜,男,1963年出生。兰州交通大学科技处处长,博士研究生导师,2004年兼任《兰州交通大学学院学报》主编。
1998年毕业于西南交通大学应用力学研究所固体力学专业, 获博士学位, 2000年破格晋升教授。主持国家自然科学基金资助项目2项、甘肃省自然科学基金重点项目1项, 主持完成6项甘肃省自然科学基金资助项目和铁道部专项基金资助项目,参加完成国家自然科学基金项目2项, 其中1项获国家自然科学基金优秀结题奖。在国内外权威刊物上发表论文40篇, 获华夏英才著作出版基金资助2004年由科学出版社出版专著1部。
1999年获“铁道部青年科技拔尖人材”和“甘肃省高等学校跨世纪学术学科带头人”称号, 2000年入选甘肃省“333”人才工程, 2001年获甘肃省高校青年教师成才奖,2004年获甘肃省园丁奖。
